I had an overall average experience with Bouncy Smiles. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there were some minor issues with the services provided. The bouncy castles were a bit worn-out and deflated quickly. The children still enjoyed themselves, but I expected better quality. Overall, an average experience.
