Dynamed is an average company with decent products. Their website, galls.com.au, provides a good user experience and navigation. However, I felt that the product descriptions lacked details and the prices were on the higher side compared to other similar companies. The customer service was satisfactory, but I wish they were more responsive to queries. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
