I recently had my business website redesigned by a professional web design company. While the end result was satisfactory, I can't say I was overly impressed. The team at Ideas 2 Reality was friendly and easy to work with, but I felt that there was a lack of attention to detail. Some of my requirements were not fully met, and there were a few hiccups along the way that required additional communication and revisions. Overall, the website functions well, but it was not exceptional.
