I recently joined Preggo Pilates and I am extremely satisfied with their services. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. They provide personalized attention and make sure that I am comfortable with all the exercises. The workouts are challenging but also fun. I would highly recommend Preggo Pilates to all expecting mothers.
