I had a mixed experience with Commercecx. The website is user-friendly and the product selection is good. However, the customer service needs improvement. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my query. The quality of the products I ordered was great, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. Overall, I would say Commercecx is an average company.
