I recently had the opportunity to try out the equine therapy services offered by this company. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about the different therapies offered. However, I found the booking process to be slightly cumbersome and could have been more streamlined. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional during the session, but I was hoping for a more personalized approach. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but lacked the inviting atmosphere I was expecting. In terms of results, I did notice some improvement in my horse's mobility and behavior, but not to the extent I was hoping for. While I appreciate the efforts made by the company, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and achieving desired outcomes.
