Found this small communications firm online and decided to give them a shot for my business needs. The website looked professional and promised a personalized approach. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The communication was often delayed and disjointed, causing frustration on my end. 😔 While the services provided were satisfactory, they lacked the creativity and innovation I was hoping for. The team seemed well-intentioned but lacked the expertise and attention to detail needed to truly excel. Overall, a fairly average experience. 😐 I appreciate the effort put in, but there's definitely room for improvement.
