I have been a customer of Sales Manager Now for several years and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have noticed some issues with their customer support. There have been times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. The overall experience is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
