I had an average experience at Ferman Chevrolet Tampa. The salesperson was friendly, but wasn't very attentive to my specific needs. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, but the overall customer service could have been better. I expected more from such a reputable company. It was an okay experience, but not outstanding.
