I recently had the opportunity to travel with Reuter reisen omnibusbetrieb and I must say it was an average experience. The bus was clean and the seats were comfortable, but the overall journey was nothing to write home about. The driver seemed a bit grumpy and was not very friendly. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected more from a well-known company like Reuter reisen omnibusbetrieb. I think they need to step up their game if they want to compete with other bus travel companies.
