I am a CUSTOMER of the Town of Signal Mountain. I have been living in this town for a few years now and I can say that it is an average place to live. The local government is doing an okay job in maintaining the infrastructure and providing essential services. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The communication between the town officials and the residents could be better. There are also some areas where the town lacks proper maintenance. Overall, it is an average experience living here.
