As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to avail the services of this plumbing company. The overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, providing detailed information about the services offered. Booking an appointment was hassle-free and the staff was friendly and professional. However, the quality of the service was not outstanding. The plumber arrived on time but lacked the expertise needed to fix my plumbing issue. The problem persisted, and I had to seek assistance from another company to get it resolved. Although the prices were reasonable, the lack of efficiency and effectiveness in resolving the issue was disappointing. In conclusion, while the company has certain positives, their performance did not meet my expectations, resulting in an average rating from my side.
