I recently worked with this real estate company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, with a good amount of property listings to choose from. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my queries and even then, the answers were often vague and not very helpful. The agents seemed disinterested and did not provide personalized attention. Furthermore, the negotiations for the property I was interested in took longer than expected, with little communication from the company's end. While the overall experience was okay, I feel that this real estate company could improve their customer service and take a more proactive approach towards their clients.
