I recently had a mediocre experience with this company. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, that's where the positives end. The customer service was lackluster, with slow response times and uninformed staff. It was quite frustrating to deal with. Additionally, the product quality was average at best. The item I purchased did not live up to my expectations and I found it to be overpriced for the quality received. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they have a decent website, their customer service and product quality could definitely use improvement.
