I had an average experience with Champagne Vacations LLC. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected more personalized attention and recommendations from the company. Overall, it was an okay vacation, but I believe there are better options out there.
