I recently used a moving service from "Anchor Moving Systems" and overall it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. However, the actual moving process took longer than expected, and some of my belongings were slightly damaged during the move. 🤨 It seemed like the movers were rushing, which led to the issues. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and transparent. I appreciate that the company made efforts to address my concerns after the move, but the experience could have been smoother. Overall, I think there's potential for improvement in the areas of efficiency and care during the move.
