The services provided by the Student Housing Admin...

The services provided by the Student Housing Administration Council (SHAC) of the UW-Milwaukee are average. I recently moved into one of their properties and found the experience to be just satisfactory. The maintenance of the apartment could have been better, and the response time to maintenance requests was not impressive. However, the staff was friendly and helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, it was an average experience.
