I recently booked a trip with an Indonesian travel agency and had a satisfactory experience. The team was helpful and provided good customer service. The itinerary was decent, and we had a nice time exploring various places. The tour guide was informative and answered our questions. Although there were a few minor hiccups, overall, it was a decent trip.
