I had an overall positive experience with Eve Tourist-Information, Erfurt Tourismus. Their team was knowledgeable and provided me with useful information about the city. I appreciated their assistance in planning my itinerary and their suggestions for things to do and see. However, there were a few instances where I felt their response time could have been faster. Nonetheless, I still had a great time in Erfurt thanks to their help.
