I had a mixed experience with Abatix. Their customer service was excellent, they were always prompt in responding to my queries and providing solutions. However, I had some issues with the quality of their products. The shipping was fast, but a few items arrived damaged. Overall, I would rate Abatix as good but not outstanding.
