I recently had the opportunity to work with a commercial brokerage company for my business needs. The experience with this particular company was average overall. While they had a professional website, it lacked certain key information that would have been helpful for potential clients like me. It took a bit of digging to find the necessary details. Moreover, their customer service was decent but not outstanding. The representatives were generally responsive, but at times it felt like my inquiries were not given the highest priority. However, I must say that their agents were knowledgeable in their field and provided useful guidance throughout the process. Although the service offered was satisfactory, I expected a bit more attention to detail and promptness in this competitive industry. Overall, it was a fair experience, but there is room for improvement.
