I recently purchased a pair of shoes from their website. The website itself was visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, the shipping took longer than expected, which was disappointing. The quality of the shoes was decent, but I didn't feel like they justified the high price point. The customer service was helpful when I reached out about my shipping concerns, and they provided a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope they can improve their shipping times and perhaps offer a better value for the products. 🙂
