I had an average experience with Missy Stewart Designs. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a design I liked. However, the product quality didn't meet my expectations. The material used felt cheap and not as durable as I anticipated. Additionally, the item arrived with some minor scratches. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and offered a replacement. I hope to see improvements in the quality control of their products in the future.
