I had a mixed experience with the Swiss consulting group. While their expertise and knowledge were impressive, I found their communication to be lacking at times. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, once they were engaged, their work was of high quality. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
