I had a mixed experience with Turtlemint. While their website was fairly easy to navigate and I found some good insurance plans, I faced some issues during the purchase process. The customer support team was somewhat helpful in resolving the problems, but it took longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience and there is room for improvement.
