I had a mixed experience with Jen Stone - Importacao Exportacao e Comercio de Pedras e Joias. While their jewelry designs were unique and stunning, I found the customer service lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. However, the quality of their stones was undeniably good. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
