I joined the Northern California Rugby Referees Society with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. The training sessions lack structure and are not well-planned. The instructors do not provide adequate guidance or support. The website, pelicanrefs.com, is old-fashioned and difficult to navigate. Overall, I am not satisfied with this society and would not recommend it to others.
