I recently decided to embark on a cultural exchange experience, and I stumbled upon this organization. 🌍 While browsing their website, I found it to be user-friendly, with all the necessary information easily accessible. However, I must say that my overall experience with this company was quite average 😐. The application process was smooth, and the staff was responsive. They provided basic support and guidance throughout the program. However, I believe more personalized attention and guidance could enhance the experience for participants. The selection of host families was satisfactory, but there were instances where the match was not ideal. The organization could improve by strengthening the vetting process for host families to ensure a better cultural immersion. In terms of cost, it was reasonable compared to other similar programs. While my journey was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement to make it truly memorable and outstanding.
