I recently used a travel agency for my vacation and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of travel packages. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries took a long time to be answered and when they finally did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience.
