I had a mixed experience with Bruised Reed Productions. While their website design was impressive, their communication and customer service left much to be desired. I found it frustrating that they took a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. However, their product quality was excellent and I was satisfied with the end result. Overall, I would rate my experience with Bruised Reed Productions as average.
