The care center we utilized had its pros and cons. While the staff members were friendly and caring, there were instances where the communication and coordination fell short. This led to confusion and delays in important matters. However, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the efforts made by the staff to provide a comfortable environment. Overall, it was an average experience that could be improved with better coordination.
