I was not impressed with the services provided by Monitor Services. The technicians were not as knowledgeable as I expected and there were delays in resolving the issues. The customer support team was also unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, my experience with Monitor Services was disappointing. I would not recommend them for your monitoring needs.
