As a long-time customer of Unrd, I can confidently say that their services are average. While I appreciate the interactive story experience they provide, there are times when the app glitches and it takes away from the overall enjoyment. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes their solutions are not satisfactory. Overall, Unrd is a decent company with room for improvement.
