The customer experience provided by Dragon Seats was average. While the seating arrangements were comfortable, the overall service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and did not go above and beyond to assist customers. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The website was easy to navigate, but the lack of attention to customer needs was disappointing. I hope Dragon Seats takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.
