I recently ordered from brewbudds.com and overall, I had an okay experience. The website was easy to use, but I found it slightly confusing to find the exact product I was looking for. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I was not completely satisfied with the packaging as one of the items arrived slightly damaged. I hope they can improve on these areas to provide a better customer experience.
