I recently joined the Northern California Rugby Referees Society, and so far, it has been disappointing. The training sessions lack structure and the instructors seem disinterested. The society does not provide adequate guidance or support for new members. The website, pelicanrefs.com, is outdated and difficult to navigate. I regret joining this society and would not recommend it to others.
