🤔 I have mixed feelings about this rugby referee society. The training sessions are decent, but I feel that the instructors could be more interactive and engaging. While the society does provide resources, I think there is room for improvement in terms of support and mentorship. The website, pelicanrefs.com, is informative, but it could be more user-friendly. Overall, it's an okay society for those starting out, but there are areas that need improvement.
