I have recently used the services of Art of Travel GmbH and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and didn't seem knowledgeable about the products and services. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected more.
