I've been a member of the Northern California Rugby Referees Society for a few months now, and I must say, it has been quite an experience. The training sessions have been enlightening, and the instructors are knowledgeable. However, I feel that there could be more emphasis on practical exercises during the sessions. The society has done a decent job of creating a sense of community and providing resources. The website, pelicanrefs.com, is informative, but navigation can be improved. Overall, it's a good society for those looking to develop their refereeing skills.
