The Hilton Charlotte Center City is an average hotel. I stayed there for a vacation with my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service was just okay. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very friendly. The location of the hotel is great though, as it is close to many attractions. Overall, it was an average experience.
