I was not completely satisfied with my experience with Minvestment banking s.a. The customer support was average, and the response time could be improved. The website mibsa.pl was easy to navigate, but it lacked some essential information. The online banking platform provided basic features, but I expected more advanced functionalities. The fees charged were reasonable, but there could be more transparency in disclosing them. Overall, it was a mediocre experience with the company.
