I recently started going to a new gym, and I must say that Kankakee Area YMCA is one of the best gyms in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment and classes to meet everyone's needs. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak hours, but overall, I am very happy with my membership.
