I had a mixed experience with Monarch Eurasia. While their products were of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired. I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response, and even then, it was not satisfactory. However, once the issue was resolved, the company did take steps to make it right. Overall, it was an average experience.
