I recently booked a vacation through Umbrella holidays and it was a decent experience. The website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were satisfactory. However, there were a few issues that could be improved upon. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider using Umbrella holidays again in the future.
