I had a mixed experience at San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. While the staff was friendly, I felt that their approach lacked empathy at times. The therapy sessions were helpful, but there were instances where I felt rushed. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of patient care and communication.
