I recently discovered this little patisserie in Yaletown and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The selection of pastries is impressive, and everything I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. The croissants are light and flaky, the tarts are perfectly sweet, and the cakes are moist and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere inside is cozy and inviting. The only downside is that it can get quite busy during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend Ganache Patisserie for anyone looking for a delightful sweet treat.
