I recently had the opportunity to work with Motiv8 advisors while planning my investment strategy. I must say, I had mixed feelings about my experience. The company's website looks professional and informative, providing a good initial impression. However, the services offered didn't quite live up to my expectations. 😕 The advisors seemed knowledgeable, but their communication lacked clarity and responsiveness. It took longer than I anticipated to get the desired information and updates. On a positive note, the team did show some effort in understanding my goals and needs. Though the overall experience was just average, I appreciated their willingness to listen and their patience. 🤔 To improve, I would suggest the company focus on improving communication and responsiveness. It would also be helpful if they provided more personalized solutions tailored to individual clients.
