Unfortunately, I had a mediocre experience with Valley Realty Associates. While the staff was polite, I found the overall service average. The agent assigned to me didn't seem very enthusiastic or proactive in assisting me. They provided limited information about the properties I viewed. Ultimately, I decided to work with a different agency.
