I recently made a purchase from Niavo retail (india) pvt. ltd. and I have mixed feelings about it. While the product quality was good and the prices were reasonable, the shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive, but I wish they had provided more accurate estimated delivery time. Overall, an average shopping experience.
