I recently had the opportunity to work with Energía Libre and I must say that I had an overall average experience. The company provides good customer service and is responsive to inquiries. However, there were a few areas where I feel they could have improved. The installation process took longer than expected and there were a few minor issues that needed to be resolved afterwards. Nevertheless, the energy savings I have experienced since switching to their services have been great.
